Standard Shipping + Processing
Our shipping and processing charges cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.
Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center by UPS, to arrive in your home within 6-8 business days of order receipt. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or mail. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Items delivered to U.S. Territories are shipped via Parcel Post. We use Parcel Post to ship to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address. Please call our Customer Service department at 888.965.6275 with questions.

*The regular shipping and processing charges listed above cover Parcel Post Delivery.

Rush Delivery + Processing
If you need something in a rush, we can arrange for faster delivery for an extra charge of $15 per address.
If we receive your order by noon (PT), Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within 3 business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday by noon (PT) will arrive on the following Wednesday. Please note that the charge for rush delivery is in addition to standard shipping and processing charges, listed above. This rush service is not available on items that are out of stock, shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Backorders
We will ship backordered items as soon as they are in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Prices + Sales Tax
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and U.S. Territories: AL*, AR*, AZ, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, HI*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*.
* These States and U.S. Territories also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. Except where noted, all sales are made by Williams-Sonoma DTC, Inc., and the local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. All sales shipped to Texas are made by Williams-Sonoma DTC Texas, Inc., and sales tax is based on where the order was received. Sales tax for items shipped to Illinois is based on the location of final order acceptance. Orders shipped to California locations are F.O.B. destination point, which means title passes in California.
