The VinGardeValise® Grande 12-Bottle Wine Checked Luggage lets you transport up to 12 bottles safely in a suitcase. It has the following features:

Unlocking your suitcase

• Enter the 3-digit code that you set after first receiving your VinGardeValise. Note: the default code for all new suitcases is 0-0-0.

• Slide the button (which has the key hole on it) toward the zippers.

• If the code was entered correctly, the zippers will pop out of the lock.

10-year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

• The VinGardeValise® Grande 12-Bottle Wine Checked Luggage comes with a 10-year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence. If an airline or common carrier damages your Product, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline or common carrier.

• If there is a defect that comes under warranty, please contact our customer service department and the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.

Monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for returns. You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.
