Personal Lock

How to open the suitcase:
• The lock is preset to 0-0-0
• Slide the square button labeled “TSA Safe Skies” to the right
• The zipper pulls will release so you can unzip the suitcase

How to set your personal lock:
• Make sure the dials are set to 0-0-0
• To the right of the dials is a small silver flush button. Use a pen or other pointed object to press the button until you hear a click
• While holding the button in, turn the dials to your desired combination
• Release the button to set your combination
• Insert the zipper pulls and test the lock before scrambling the dials

Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Terminal 1 Luggage, excluding the Cosmetic Case, is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty
• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence
• If your product is damaged by an airline or other common carrier, file a claim directly with the airline or carrier immediately
• For warranty-covered defects, contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-965-6275. The product will be replaced with the same item or a comparable style

Monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for returns. You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.
