To become a member, please apply online and fax your proper credentials to 702.360.7171.
Once we've processed your completed application, you'll receive a confirmation email that will give you access to program benefits until your membership card arrives in the mail within four weeks. Use of your membership card is subject at all times to program Terms & Conditions.
Already a Member?
Current members can now receive trade discounts and any applicable tax exemption when they purchase Mark and Graham products online.
Missing your ID and Access Code?
If you did not receive an email with your Member ID and Access Code, please email traderegistration@wsgc.com and request your Access Code.
Need to place an order or request a quote?
You can also visit any of our retail locations or send an order or quote request via fax to 702.360.7171 or email to tradeorders@wsgc.com. Please do not send credit card numbers via email. Orders may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process and quotes may take up to 3 to 5 business days.
Don't forget to use your card
Your membership level and discount is based on the amount you spend using your To The Trade membership card. We'll track your purchases automatically, so make sure to log into the Member Sign-In page with your Member ID and Access Code every time you shop online. When shopping in stores or through a dedicated trade representative, always use your To The Trade membership card.
*For Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, west elm, Williams-Sonoma cuisine, and Mark and Graham brands, To The Trade program members are offered a discount based on their cumulative purchases within a 12-month period: Standard members receive a 10% merchandise discount with no minimum purchase, qualified Gold-tiered members receive a 15% discount with $10,000.00 in cumulative purchases; and Platinum-tiered members receive a 20% discount with $20,000.00 in cumulative purchases. Regardless of cumulative purchases, all members receive 25% off Williams-Sonoma Home, 20% off Rejuvenation lighting, and 10% off Rejuvenation house parts and furnishings. Certain product restrictions apply.
